The Beauty of HypnoBirthing
HypnoBirthing…Where to start???
Although... you might just feel overwhelmed, especially if this is your first baby!
I’d be delighted to guide you...
The options may be confusing and I suggest you choosing an approach that feels instinctive and one that resonates with you. It’s helpful to know that whatever approach you choose, there’s no right or wrong and studies show that families choosing to take a birth preparation class are often more satisfied with their birth experience. They feel better informed, better prepared and more connected to their babies.

Your beautiful & BESPOKE HypnoBirthing Parents' Course
Hypnobirthing can make a difference to your birthing experience - for you and for your baby.
Each birth experience is unique and there are many ways to give birth.
No right way; no wrong way… just make it your way.
Hypnobirthing is a complete antenatal training programme. It is simple, sensible and insightful and is so much more than a few techniques to use during the birth of your baby. It’s a comprehensive birth education programme and is much more than just self hypnosis or hypnotherapy for childbirth.
With HypnoBirthing, you will discover that severe pain does not have to go hand-in-hand with labour and you will learn how to release the fears and anxieties you may have.
HypnoBirthing teaches you and your partner simple but effective relaxation & breathing techniques - changing the whole birth experience – to one that’s easier, calmer and more comfortable.
You will learn how to call upon your body's own natural relaxation abilities. When body and mind are prepared for childbirth and when mind and body are working together in harmony, nature is free to function – more naturally.
Information and knowledge will equip and enable you…. What’s not to love?
It gives you the knowledge and the tools to have the best child birth experience for you – wherever and however you birth your baby. It helps you to release fear and learn to trust your body, your instinct, and your baby.

The Benefits to you, your baby, your family.....
“It may seem miraculous but this is how Hypnobirthing is designed to be.”
You are likely to experience a more comfortable and sometimes pain free birth.
Your baby will arrive into a calm and relaxed environment, alert and ready to bond with you, just as nature intended.
Length of labour is often much shorter.
Less drugs and medical intervention are used in Hypnobirthing births, allowing your baby to develop naturally and easily after they arrive.
Mums often bounce back and recover quicker after birth, as the physical impact of giving birth is reduced.
Your birth partner will learn how to support you and have a central and active role in the birth. A truly shared and loving experience.
"The benefits to you are obvious, but the long term benefits to your baby cannot be over-estimated. The world of HypnoBirthing offers wonderful birth stories of babies being calm, content and sleeping really well – and they seem to thrive better."
